The core values of MEWASS are those values we hold which form the foundation on which we perform work and conduct ourselves. We have an entire set of values, but some of them are so primary, so important to us that throughout the changes in society, government, politics, and technology they are STILL the core values we will abide by.

The values underlie our work, how we interact with each other, and which strategies we employ to fulfill our mission. The core values are the basic elements of how we go about our work. They are the practices we use every day in everything we do.

• To solve the customer complaints in 5 days from the date it's reported.
• To ensure all complaints raised by the customers are resolved within reasonable time frame.
• Seek feedback from customers on quality of services and projects.
• Increase of new customers through sensitization and mobilization of customers.
• Implement a system of grievance handling.
• We promise to provide easy options for contacting us and will do our best to meet with you at your convenience.
